The entire “Dall’Interno, the movie” (Marc-Arnaud Boussat, 1999, 100 minutes) is now online, in 20 parts of 2 to 8 minutes each. Based on a modern dance ballet with music by Bob Dylan and Jean schwarz. The story is about madness and normality throughout the 20th century, its wars and its revolutions, and at the same time its love stories, as beautiful and complex as Bob Dylan sings “I hate myself for loving you”. Around Carolyn Carlson and a dozen dancers who she leads, is playing the history of our lost century, the never ending rhythm, the peaceful moments, the chaos and the hopes the new millennium evokes…
